Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Shredded lettuce (optional)
Diced tomatoes (optional)
Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Directions:
Prepare the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain off excess fat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
Mix the sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Set aside for assembling wraps.
Assemble the wraps:
Arrange each tortilla. Spread a layer of prepared sauce on the tortilla. Add a layer of lettuce and diced tomatoes, if desired. Spoon the seasoned beef onto the tortilla, followed by crumbled bacon and a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Fold and bake:
Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll tightly to create a wrap. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil. Place the wrapper on the bottom and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is golden and
