🔥 Instructions:
1. Marinate the beef:
In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15–30 min.
2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle:
Set it to medium-high heat and add some oil.
3. Cook the beef:
Toss the beef on one side of the griddle and sear until browned (about 2–3 min per side). Then move it aside.
4. Stir fry the veggies:
Add a little more oil, toss in all your veggies, and stir fry for 4–5 minutes until they start to get tender but still have a crunch.
5. Add noodles:
Toss noodles onto the griddle, splash a bit of water to loosen if needed, and stir them around to heat up.
6. Combine everything:
Bring the beef, veggies, and noodles together. Pour the sauce mix over the top and toss until fully coated and caramelized (2–3 minutes).
7. Serve hot:
Optional: garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
