Ingredients:
For the Sandwiches (makes 4):
• 1 lb thin-sliced deli roast beef (or leftover roast beef)
• 4 onion sandwich buns (or regular buns)
• 4 slices cheddar cheese or 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
• 1 tbsp butter (for buns)
• Optional: a little beef broth or water to steam
Homemade Red Ranch Sauce:
• ½ cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• Pinch of salt

🔪 Instructions:
1. Make the Red Ranch Sauce (indoors or on the Blackstone):
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small pot or Blackstone-safe pan. Simmer on low for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
2. Heat the Roast Beef on the Blackstone:
• Preheat part of your Blackstone to medium heat.
• Add a bit of oil, then place your sliced roast beef directly on the griddle.
• Splash with a little water or beef broth and cover loosely with a dome to steam for 1–2 minutes until hot.
3. Toast the Buns:
• Butter the cut sides of the buns and place them face-down on the griddle.
• Toast until golden and crispy (1–2 minutes).
4. Melt the Cheese:
• Place a slice of cheddar on top of the hot roast beef or pour warm cheese sauce over it.
• If using slices, cover with a dome to melt faster.
5. Assemble the Sandwiches:
• Spread a spoonful of red ranch sauce on the bottom bun.
• Add a generous pile of hot cheesy roast beef.
• Top with more red ranch sauce if you like.
• Close with the top bun.

✅ Tips:
• Want it extra cheesy? Double up on cheese or drizzle extra sauce over the top before closing the sandwich.
• Serve it with curly fries (yes, you can make those on the Blackstone too!).
