Blackstone Garlic Butter Corn is an easy side dish to make on the griddle, it’s so good with summer fresh corn on the cob

Blackstone Griddle
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
- kosher salt, pepper
- 4 ears corn on the cob shucked
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter and mix in the garlic, kosher salt, and pepper.

Preheat the griddle to medium heat. Add the remaining tablespoon butter and spread it evenly on the griddle as it melts.

Put the corn on the griddle for 10 to 12 minutes, turning a few times. If you have a melting dome, place that over the corn as they cook.

During the last few minutes, brush the garlic butter on all sides of the corn and garnish with parsley if desired.
