Blackstone Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

Ingredients:

1–2 cups raw pumpkin seeds (cleaned and dried)

1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

½ tsp salt (or to taste)

Optional seasonings:

Garlic powder

Paprika

Chili powder

Cajun seasoning

Everything bagel seasoning

Cinnamon + sugar (for sweet version)

🔪 Preparation:

1. Clean seeds well
Rinse the seeds in a colander, removing all pumpkin pulp. Pat dry with a towel. For best roasting, let them air-dry for an hour or more.

2. Season seeds
In a bowl, toss the dry seeds with olive oil or melted butter, salt, and your choice of spices.

🔥 Cooking on Blackstone:

1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat (around 300–325°F / 150–160°C).

2. Lightly oil the surface.

3. Spread the seeds out in a single layer on the griddle.

4. Stir frequently with spatula to avoid burning. Roast for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

5. Taste and add more salt or seasoning if needed.
