🔥 Instructions on the Blackstone Griddle
1. Preheat the Griddle
Turn the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (about 375–400°F).
2. Cook the Meat
Add a bit of oil to the griddle.
Toss on the ground beef and start breaking it up.
Once browned, sprinkle the taco seasoning and add 1/4 cup water.
Stir until the meat is fully coated and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
3. Warm the Taco Shells (Optional, but better!)
Reduce the heat to low or move to a cooler side.
Place the taco shells open-side down for about 30–60 seconds to warm and crisp them slightly (watch closely to avoid burning).
4. Melt Cheese (Optional Tip)
Sprinkle cheese directly into each shell and set it briefly on the griddle to get the cheese melted and gooey before adding meat.
5. Assemble
Add a spoonful of meat to each taco shell.
Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, sour cream, and salsa to your taste.
