Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Ground beef
12 Large Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Diced Hashbrown Potatoes
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS:
●Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
●Add the butter to the grill. Melt it and spread it around with a spatula.
●Spread the hash brown potatoes out onto the grill on the butter in an even layer on one side of the grill. Cook them for 10-15 minutes turning frequently until the potatoes are tender.
●White the potatoes are cooking, place the ground beef on the opposite side of the grill and break it up with a spatula and brown it.
●Push the hash browns and ground beef from the grill.
●Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
Pour this egg mixture onto the grill, season with salt and pepper and scramble the eggs. Once the eggs are almost done, mix them into your potatoes and ground beef mixture.
●Add the burrito fillings to each tortilla and top with the shredded cheese. Roll the tortillas up like a burrito.
●Place the burritos on the Blackstone Grill and cook until golden brown (approximately 2-3 minutes).
Remove from the grill, serve warm and enjoy!
