– Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes – 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes – 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil – 1 teaspoon of paprika – 1 teaspoon of garlic powder – 1 teaspoon of kosher salt – 1 ⁄2 teaspoon black pepper – 1 1 ⁄4 cups (290 g) mayonnaise – 2 ⁄3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce – 2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to enjoy – 2 tablespoons of honey Itineraries: 1. In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. 2. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer. 3. Fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, tilting halfway, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. 6. Serve the skewers with the reserved bang bang sauce for dipping.
