Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or ground sausage for extra flavor)
1 small onion, diced (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup beef broth or water (or even a splash of beer, like your Busch Light!)
1 package egg noodles, cooked
2 tbsp butter or oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: shredded cheese, parsley, or hot sauce
🔥 Directions:
1. Pre-cook your egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle on medium heat. Add a little oil or butter.
3. Cook the ground beef (and onions if using) until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
4. Push the meat to one side of the griddle and pour the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and broth or beer onto the other side. Stir and heat to combine into a creamy sauce.
5. Mix everything together on the griddle — meat, sauce, and cooked noodles.
6. Let it cook for a few more minutes until everything is hot and creamy.
7. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese if desired.
8. Serve hot and garnish with parsley or a touch of black pepper.
