Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or ground pork, chicken, or turkey)
1 bag coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage with carrots) – about 14–16 oz
Or use fresh: shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger (or 1 tsp ground)
2–3 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tbsp sesame oil (optional but tasty)
1–2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil for cooking
1 tsp onion powder
1–2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Sriracha or chili flakes (optional, for spice)
🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high.
2. Cook the meat:
Add oil to one side of the griddle.
Toss on the ground beef. Break it up and cook until browned.
Season with a little salt, pepper, onion powder, and a splash of soy sauce.
Push to the cooler side when done.
3. Cook the veggies:
Add a bit more oil to the hot side.
Toss on the coleslaw mix (or fresh cabbage/carrot mix).
Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until it begins to soften.
Add garlic, ginger, and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
4. Combine:
Mix the meat back in with the veggies.
Cook everything together for another 2–3 minutes, until heated through and flavors combine.
Optional: Add Sriracha or chili flakes for heat, and top with green onions.
5. Serve hot straight off the griddle or in bowls.
