Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Powdered sugar (for topping)
Oil (vegetable or canola) for frying

Instructions:
1. Preheat oil
Place a disposable foil pan on your Blackstone and add about 1–1.5 inches of oil.
Heat to around 350°F (medium-high).
2. Make the batter
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and sugar.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix wet and dry together until smooth (like pancake batter).
3. Pour the batter
Fill a squeeze bottle, piping bag, or even a zip-top bag with the batter.
Squeeze in a thin stream into the hot oil, moving in a circular or crisscross motion to form that fun funnel cake shape.
4. Fry until golden
Cook 1–2 minutes per side, flipping carefully with tongs once golden brown.
5. Drain & top
Remove to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Dust generously with powdered sugar.
