This is the tastiest zesty cilantro-lime marinade ever. And the chicken comes out perfectly juicy and tender.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
Instructions

- In a medium bowl, combine cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine chicken and cilantro mixture; marinate for at least an hour to overnight, turning the bag occasionally. Remove the chicken from the marinade
- Turn the Blackstone on high. Once it is heated, drizzle a little oil and butter onto the griddle.
- Place the chicken on the Blackstone and let it cook about 4-5 minutes per side or until the chicken reaches 165 degrees internally.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
If you do not have a Blackstone, you can make this in a cast iron skillet.
