Blackstone Griddle S’mores

Blackstone Griddle S’mores

Brandy September 27, 2025

Ingredients:

Graham crackers (broken into squares)

Marshmallows

Milk chocolate bars (like Hershey’s, broken into pieces)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the griddle to low-medium heat.
(You don’t want it too hot or the chocolate will burn.)

2. Lay out the graham crackers on the griddle, flat side up.

Put a piece of chocolate on half of the crackers.

Leave the other halves plain for the “top.”

3. Toast the marshmallows:

Place marshmallows directly on the griddle or on top of a graham cracker to soften.

Heat until golden brown and gooey, flipping if needed.

4. Assemble the s’mores:

Place a hot marshmallow on top of the chocolate.

Cover with the second graham cracker square, pressing gently so the chocolate melts.

5. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, chocolatey goodness! 🍫🔥
