👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep Everything First:
Slice your steak, chicken, and veggies before starting. Have your sauce mixed and noodles cooked (if needed).
2. Heat Up the Blackstone:
Preheat your griddle on medium-high. Oil the surface lightly with avocado or sesame oil.
3. Cook the Protein:
Add steak and chicken separately to the griddle. Season lightly with salt & pepper.
Cook until seared and cooked through, then push to a cooler side of the griddle.
4. Stir-Fry the Veggies:
Add more oil if needed and toss on all veggies. Stir-fry until slightly tender but still crisp (about 3–5 minutes).
5. Combine Everything:
Bring the meat back in with the veggies.
Add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce evenly over everything.
Toss everything together until fully coated and hot.
6. Serve Hot:
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
