Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 lb (225g) cooked ground beef or sausage (or a mix)
1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes (or 2 fresh diced tomatoes)
1/2 cup diced white onion
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (canned or fresh, adjust to heat preference)
Optional: 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack or cheddar for extra cheesiness
🔪 Prep:
1. Pre-cook ground beef (or sausage) on the Blackstone until browned. Drain excess grease.
2. Dice onions and jalapeños.
3. Cube the Velveeta or similar processed cheese.
🔥 On the Blackstone:
1. Set foil pan directly on the Blackstone over medium-low heat.
2. Add all ingredients to the foil pan (cheese, meat, tomatoes, onion, jalapeños).
3. Stir frequently, using a spatula or heat-safe spoon, until everything melts and combines into a smooth, creamy dip (about 10–15 minutes).
4. Once fully melted and bubbling, remove from heat and serve hot.
