Ingredients:
1 pack instant ramen noodles (any flavor)
1 egg
1 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable, sesame, or butter)
Ramen seasoning (from the packet or use your own mix)
Optional: soy sauce, chili flakes, green onions, garlic, or veggies
🔥 Instructions:
1. Boil Noodles (Optional Pre-step):
Boil ramen noodles until just soft (about 2 minutes).
Drain and toss with a bit of oil so they don’t stick.
2. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle:
Set it to medium-high heat.
Add a little oil and let it heat up.
3. Cook the Noodles:
Toss the cooked ramen noodles on the griddle.
Sprinkle the ramen seasoning and mix well.
4. Add the Egg:
Make a hole in the center of the noodles.
Crack an egg into the center (like your photo).
Let it cook sunny-side up or scramble it into the noodles.
5. Mix and Fry:
Stir everything together until the egg is fully cooked and coated on the noodles.
Let it crisp a bit on the bottom for extra flavor if you like.
6. Serve Hot!
Garnish with green onions, hot sauce, or sesame seeds if you want.
