Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- ¼ Onion diced
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- ½ cup Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 4 Burrito Size Flour Tortillas 10 inch tortillas
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).

Brown the ground beef with the diced onion on the Blackstone grill over medium high heat until no longer pink and browned.

Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until the garlic is aromatic.

In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.

Top the beef with this mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Heat over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Push the ground beef to a cooler side of the Blackstone grill.

Place the tortillas on the Blackstone grill. Add the beef mixture evenly to half the tortilla and top each one with ¼ cup of each of the shredded cheeses.

Fold the tortilla in half. Cook until the bottom of the quesadilla is golden brown (2-3 minutes).

Flip and cook until the opposite side is also golden brown (2-3 more minutes) and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the Blackstone Grill. Slice each of the quesadillas, serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
