Guys, I did it and oh my goodness! Incredibly game changing! Mix 2 eggs with 1 cup of white cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. 40 minutes for 350. Amazing! I didn’t eat the whole thing but I kept a few slices with a paper towel between them in a bag on the counter for now to see how they hold up for tomorrow! Once again…unbelievable!
Ingredients:
1 tube of pizza dough (or homemade dough, about 12–16 oz)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced) or 1 tsp garlic powder
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or oregano/parsley mix)
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or fresh herbs for garnish
—
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Griddle
Heat the Blackstone to medium heat. Lightly oil the surface with olive oil or non-stick spray.
2. Prepare the Dough
Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. If it’s store-bought, let it rest at room temp for 10 minutes before shaping.
3. Flavor Base
Mix the olive oil or melted butter with garlic. Brush it over the surface of the dough generously.
4. Transfer to the Griddle
Carefully place the dough on the griddle. Cook one side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
5. Flip & Add Toppings
Flip the dough over. Immediately top with mozzarella, Parmesan, and dried herbs.
6. Cover to Melt the Cheese
Cover with a dome lid or metal bowl to trap the heat and melt the cheese (2–4 minutes). Lower the heat if needed to prevent burning.
7. Check for Doneness
Once the bottom is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from heat.
8. Slice & Serve
Let rest for a minute, then slice into squares or strips. Serve hot!

🔥 Pro Tips:
Want it crispier? Use a bit of cornmeal on the bottom of the dough before placing it on the griddle.
Add pepperoni, jalapeños, or chopped spinach for a twist.
Let me know if you want a dipping sauce recipe to go with it — garlic butter, ranch, or marinara would be 🔥.
