Ingredients:
1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (or use homemade dough or naan)
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Optional: honey or powdered sugar for topping
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
2. Flatten the dough:
Take each biscuit and roll it out into a thin round flatbread.
Or, if using homemade dough, divide and roll into flat rounds (about ¼ inch thick).
3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
4. Brush butter on one side of each dough round, then sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mix.
5. Place the dough on the griddle, cinnamon side down.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until it starts bubbling and gets golden brown.
6. Brush the other side with butter, sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar, then flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
7. Remove and serve warm – optional drizzle with honey or dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
