Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice (cold, day-old preferred)
2 eggs (scrambled)
1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, onions)
1 cup diced cooked chicken, shrimp, or both
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: green onions, sriracha, oyster sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat oil on the Blackstone.
2. Cook veggies until soft. Push aside.
3. Cook eggs in the center, scramble them.
4. Add protein (chicken/shrimp), heat through.
5. Add rice, mix everything together.
6. Pour soy sauce & sesame oil over, mix well.
7. Optional: Add extra sauces or green onions. Done!

🥟 Blackstone Dumplings (Gyoza)
Ingredients:
Frozen or fresh dumplings
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp water (for steaming)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Blackstone & add oil.
2. Place dumplings flat-side down and let them crisp up.
3. Splash a little water and cover with a dome lid to steam.
4. Cook 5–6 minutes until crispy and soft inside.

Use frozen or homemade.
Instructions:
1. Add a bit of oil to the Blackstone.
2. Roll the egg rolls around until evenly golden brown (8–10 min).
3. Make sure they’re crispy and hot inside.

Quick version:
Use popcorn chicken or crispy chicken strips (frozen).
