Ingredients:
Fresh peaches (halved and pitted)
Fresh pineapple rings (cored)

Vanilla ice cream
Honey or maple syrup
Whipped cream
Crushed graham crackers or nuts

🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
2. Melt butter directly on the griddle surface. Once it’s melted and bubbly, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the butter to create a caramelized base.
3. Place the peach halves and pineapple rings cut side down into the butter/sugar mixture. Let them cook for about 3–5 minutes until you see caramelization and grill marks.
4. Flip them and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat once they’re soft, golden, and beautifully caramelized.
6. Serve warm — top with ice cream, whipped cream, or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra flavor.
💡 Pro Tip:
You can also splash a bit of bourbon or rum into the butter for a grown-up version — just be careful with the flames!
