🛒 Ingredients:
2-3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
4 slices of pound cake (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for caramelization)
Whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
Honey or caramel sauce (optional drizzle)
Cinnamon (optional sprinkle)
—
🔥 Directions:
1. Preheat your griddle or grill to medium heat.
2. Brush the peach halves lightly with melted butter. If you like it sweeter, sprinkle with a little brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. Grill the peaches, cut side down, for 3–5 minutes until charred and softened. Flip and grill the other side for 2–3 minutes.
4. Butter the pound cake slices on both sides and grill them for about 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
5. Plate it up:
Place a grilled pound cake slice on each plate.
Top with a grilled peach half (or slices).
Add a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Drizzle with honey or caramel sauce.
Optional: Dust with cinnamon or chopped nuts.

✅ Tips:
Use firm, ripe peaches so they grill without getting mushy.
For homemade whipped cream: whip 1 cup cold heavy cream, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
