Perfect Griddle Salmon Recipe

Salmon is a nutritious and delicious type of fish that’s easy to prepare. Using a griddle ensures that the salmon is perfectly seared and evenly cooked. This Blackstone Griddle Salmon recipe is perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients
1 ½ pounds salmon fillets
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper to taste
lemon
optional herbs for serving
Instructions
Preheat the griddle to 375°F or set it to moderate heat. Lightly brush the griddle with oil.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper on all sides.
Place the seasoned salmon skin-side down on the griddle. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Gently turn the salmon over with a spatula and cook the other side for 3-5 minutes.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkling of fresh herbs. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
