Pineapple Bowl Bar + Grilled Peaches on the Blackstone

🔥 What You’ll Need:

1 whole pineapple (cut in half, hollowed out for bowls)

2–3 peaches, halved and pitted

Brown sugar (for caramelizing)

Honey or maple syrup

Coconut flakes (optional)

Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc.)

Vanilla ice cream or yogurt

Butter

Cinnamon (optional)

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step:

1. Prep the Pineapple Bowls:

Slice pineapple lengthwise into 2 halves.

Use a knife & spoon to hollow out the inside (save the chunks!).

Dice the pineapple flesh and set aside.

2. Grill the Peaches:

Lightly brush peach halves with butter.

Sprinkle cut side with brown sugar.

Place peaches cut-side down on medium-high Blackstone heat.

Grill for 3–5 minutes until caramelized and juicy.

3. Grill Pineapple Chunks (Optional):

Toss saved pineapple chunks with a touch of butter and cinnamon.

Grill for 2–3 minutes for a warm, sweet kick.

4. Build Your Bowl Bar:

In each pineapple “bowl,” layer:

Grilled peach slices

Warm pineapple chunks

Drizzle of honey or syrup

Scoop of vanilla ice cream or yogurt

Sprinkle of coconut flakes and nuts

5. Final Touch:

Optional: Torch the top for a brûlée-style finish or add a fresh mint sprig for presentation 🌿

✅ Tip:

Keep your pineapple bowls chilled if adding ice cream right away so it doesn’t melt too fast!
