Steak Bites with Garlic Butte

Steak Bites with Garlic Butter are crisp on the edges and juicy on the inside with just a few minutes of cooking. I have been addicted to cooking snacks for a few years. I could never resist taking a bite (or three) straight from the pan once they were done!

In this recipe, garlic butter steak bites: we use sirloin steak cut into small pieces. we chose sirloin because it’s not expensive, and it’s flavorful.

You can also make this recipe with other steaks like New York strip steak, tenderloin, or rib eye, as you like…

Cooke the steak pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic, then sprinkled. To make this garlic butter steak bites recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Ingredients for: garlic and bites
1 ½ pounds of breast steak
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
6 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons of butter divided
Thinly sliced ​​green onions: optional.

Instructions for garlic butter steak bites:
First, Cut the tenderloin into small pieces about 1/2″ – 3/4″. And Generously sprinkle the meat with 3/4 teaspoon of salt, garlic, and pepper.

Then heat a flat-bottomed stainless steel skillet over medium-high heat, then add one tablespoon of butter.

And when the butter has melted, turn to cover the pan. And add about half of the meat and roll it over the pan.

Then Cook for 1 minute and use a large spatula to flip the pieces. And cook one minute more.

And use a spatula to remove the meat to a plate, then repeat with the second batch of meat pieces. Then add an additional tablespoon of butter to the skillet.

And the whole process of cooking the meat should only take a few minutes. Then when the meat is cooked, loosely place foil over the cooked tenderloin bites on the plate.

After that, Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the hot skillet. And scrape the browned bits of meat from the bottom of the pan.

Then pour the juices from the pan with butter over the meat bites on the plate. And serve hot. then Enjoy!
