If you love a good burger, mac & cheese, and bacon, this Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger Wrap is your new favorite meal! Think juicy beef patty, creamy mac & cheese, crispy bacon, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. It’s indulgence wrapped in one delicious bite!
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 package of your favorite burger seasoning (or salt and pepper to taste)
1 cup cooked macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
4 large flour tortillas
Lettuce and tomato for garnish (optional)
Directions
Cook Burger Patties: Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat. Season ground beef with your favorite seasoning, then form into 4 equal-sized patties. Cook patties on each side for about 4-5 minutes, until cooked through. Set aside.
Make the Mac & Cheese: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked macaroni, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a surface. Place a cooked burger patty in the center of the tortilla. Spoon a generous amount of mac & cheese onto the burger. Sprinkle with broken up bacon.
Wrap It: Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
Serve: Cut the wrap in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, or enjoy as is!
