Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough, cut into pieces)
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme mix)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prep the Dough
Cut biscuit dough (or pizza dough) into bite-sized chunks.
Roll into rough balls or leave as chunks for a rustic look.
2. Heat the Griddle
Preheat your Blackstone (or flat-top griddle) to medium heat.
Lightly oil the surface with a little butter or olive oil.
3. Cook the Bites
Place dough pieces on the hot griddle.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side, turning until golden brown and puffed.
Make sure they cook evenly on all sides.
4. Garlic Butter Toss
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and Parmesan.
Toss the hot bread bites in the garlic butter mix until well coated.
