Ingredients:
1.5 lbs chicken breast (thinly sliced)
12–16 oz lo mein noodles (or yakisoba/ramen, cooked & drained)
2–3 cups fresh broccoli florets
2–3 tbsp vegetable or sesame oil
🥣 Sauce Mix:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional)
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (optional)
Red pepper flakes or Sriracha (optional, for heat)
🔥 Cooking Instructions:
1. Preheat your Blackstone to 375–400°F
2. Cook the Chicken
Add a little oil to the griddle.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, or your favorite steak/chicken seasoning.
Cook until golden and no longer pink (5–6 mins). Push to one side.
3. Steam or Sauté the Broccoli
Toss broccoli on the griddle with a splash of water and cover with a dome to steam for 2–3 minutes.
Remove the dome and stir-fry till slightly charred.
4. Add Cooked Noodles
Add noodles to the griddle. Drizzle a bit of oil to prevent sticking. Stir well.
5. Pour Sauce & Toss Everything Together
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Pour over noodles, chicken & broccoli.
Toss until everything is coated and sizzling hot (2–3 minutes).
6. Finish & Serve
Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, or chili oil if desired.
