Notes
What Kind of Cheese Goes on Pizza?
Shredded mozzarella is my cheese of choice. You can use any type of hard cheese that you desire. Some like to use slices of a fresh mozzarella balls. Many choose to use a blend of different cheeses such as an Italian 6 cheese blend which is provolone, asiago, parmesan, mozzarella, Romano, and fontina.
How to Store Griddle Pizza
Once the leftover pizza is cool, place into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
