Ingredients
cooking oil of choice
2 cups diced deli meat of choice (I used salami, ham, and pepperoni)
4 cloves garlic (optional) minced
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Italian seasoning blend
2 large burrito size flour tortillas
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
pizza sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your griddle to medium low. Add some cooking oil and the diced deli meat. Cook 2 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.
Add garlic (if using), Italian dressing, and Italian seasoning. Cook 4 to 5 more minutes, mixing with spatulas. Scoot to the side of the griddle.
Add more cooking oil and lay the tortillas flat. Sprinkle some cheese on one side of each tortilla, add the banana peppers, deli meat, and remaining cheese. Use your spatula to fold the empty side of the tortilla over the filled side.
Cook 2 to 3 more minutes, flipping a few times until cheese is melted and tortilla is cooked how you prefer.
