Ingredients:
1 bag tortilla chips (you can use colorful ones for fun)
1 lb (450 g) ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade mix: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (optional but delicious)
1 small onion, diced
1 jalapeño, sliced
½ cup black olives, sliced
1 cup salsa (or pico de gallo)
Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, hot sauce

Instructions:
1. Cook the beef:
Preheat your Blackstone to medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
Stir in taco seasoning + a splash of water, cook until combined. Move to the side.
2. Toast the chips:
Spread the tortilla chips directly onto the Blackstone.
Heat them up slightly so they get a light crisp and warm.
3. Layer the nachos:
Scatter seasoned beef over the chips.
Drizzle nacho cheese sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheese so it melts on the hot griddle.
Add onions, olives, and jalapeños.
4. Top it off:
Spoon salsa over the pile.
Let it heat for 1–2 minutes until everything is melty and gooey.
5. Serve hot straight off the griddle — add sour cream, guac, or hot sauce if you like.
