🔥 Instructions:
1. Prep the Meat & Beans
Heat your refried beans.
If using beef: brown and season with taco seasoning.
2. Build the Pizza Stacks
On one tortilla: spread refried beans and a layer of taco meat.
Top with another tortilla to make a “stack.”
Spread enchilada or taco sauce on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese generously.
Top with diced tomatoes and green onions (just like your photo).
3. Preheat the Blackstone
Set to medium heat.
Lightly oil the surface.
4. Cook the Pizzas
Carefully place the stacked pizzas on the griddle.
Cover with a melting dome (or foil tent) to help melt the cheese.
Cook for 5–7 minutes until the bottom is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
5. Serve Hot!
Optional: Slice into quarters with a pizza cutter.
Add sour cream, jalapeños, or hot sauce if you like it spicy 🌶️
