Apple pie quesadillas on the Blackstone.

Ingredients:

4 small flour tortillas

1 can (about 20 oz) apple pie filling (or homemade)

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (or digestive cookies)

1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1–2 tbsp butter (for the griddle)

Whipped cream, caramel sauce, or vanilla ice cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your griddle (medium heat). Add a little butter to lightly grease it.

2. Fill the tortillas: Spoon some apple pie filling onto one half of each tortilla. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and a little cinnamon on top.

3. Fold them in half like tacos.

4. Cook on the griddle: Place the filled tortillas seam-side up. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and lightly crisp.

5. Serve warm with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
