Ingredients:
Main:
2–3 packs of instant ramen (discard flavor packets or keep for sauce)
2 cups water (to soften noodles)
1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots (julienned or sliced)
1/2 cup mushrooms or snap peas (optional)
Protein (optional but awesome):
1–2 eggs (scrambled on the griddle)
OR 1 cup cooked chicken, steak, shrimp, or tofu
Stir-Fry Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin or oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1 tsp sriracha or chili flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp ginger powder or fresh grated

🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
2. Soften noodles:
Place the dry ramen bricks directly on the griddle, then pour about 1/2 cup of water per brick over them. Cover with a dome or use a griddle cover for 2–3 min. Flip and steam again with more water if needed until soft.
3. Cook veggies:
On the other side of the griddle, add oil and sauté garlic, onions, and other veggies for 3–5 min until tender-crisp.
4. Add protein (optional):
Scramble eggs or reheat precooked meat right next to the noodles and veggies.
5. Mix everything:
Combine the softened noodles, veggies, and protein. Pour the sauce over the top and toss with spatulas until everything is well coated and caramelized (2–3 minutes).
6. Serve hot!
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or a drizzle of sriracha if you like it spicy. 🔥
