Ingredients:
For the meat sauce:
1 lb (450g) ground beef or Italian sausage
1/2 onion, diced
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups pasta/marinara sauce (your favorite jar or homemade)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Pasta:
12 oz spaghetti noodles (cooked & drained ahead of time)
1 tbsp olive oil (to keep noodles from sticking)
Toppings (optional):
Grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped basil or parsley
🔥 Instructions:
1. Boil Pasta Ahead:
Cook spaghetti in a pot inside or on your side burner.
Drain and toss with olive oil so it doesn’t stick. Set aside.
2. Preheat the Blackstone:
Medium-high heat. Add a little oil.
3. Cook the Meat:
Add ground beef or sausage to the griddle.
Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned.
Add diced onions and cook 2–3 mins.
Stir in minced garlic, cook another 30 sec.
4. Add Sauce:
Pour marinara or pasta sauce over the cooked meat.
Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Let it simmer for a few minutes on the griddle.
5. Toss in the Spaghetti:
Add your pre-cooked spaghetti directly onto the sauce.
Use spatulas to toss and mix it all together until evenly coated and hot (about 2–3 mins).
6. Serve it up!
Plate with Parmesan and herbs if you like.
Garlic bread on the side? Yes please 😎
✅ Tips:
Add mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives for extra flavor.
Want it cheesy? Mix in shredded mozzarella at the end and let it melt on top.
