Ingredients
6 Slices Bacon cut into small pieces
1/2 Onion finely chopped
1 Head Green Cabbage roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Instructions
Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Add the chopped bacon to the grill and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes until the bacon starts to cook slightly. Leave the bacon grease on the grill.
Add in the chopped onions. Stir in with the bacon pieces and the grease and cook for approximately 5 minutes until the onions are translucent.
Stir in the chopped cabbage. Season the cabbage with salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Toss all the ingredients to thoroughly combine them and cook for 5-6 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
Remove from the grill, serve while warm and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
