1 lb ground beef
12–16 oz lo mein noodles (or spaghetti) – cooked & drained
2–3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional but tasty)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated or minced)
2 tbsp vegetable oil (for griddle)
Green onions (chopped for garnish)
Optional: red pepper flakes or sriracha for heat

👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Boil Noodles
Cook noodles per package directions, rinse with cold water, and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
2. Preheat Blackstone
Set on medium-high, drizzle oil.
3. Cook the Ground Beef
Add beef to griddle, break it up, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
4. Add Aromatics
Mix in garlic and ginger. Sauté for 30–60 seconds.
5. Add Noodles
Toss the cooked noodles onto the beef.
6. Sauce it Up
Pour in soy sauce, hoisin, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything well with spatulas.
7. Finish & Serve
Top with green onions. Add optional chili sauce or red pepper for spice.
