Ingredients:

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

1 lb bacon (diced) or sausage crumbles

1 cup diced ham (optional, looks like ham cubes in your pic)

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby jack, or a blend)

1 packet ranch seasoning (optional, for flavor)

Cooking oil or butter

Optional Toppings:

Sour cream

Green onions

Jalapeños

Hot sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat Blackstone to medium heat. Oil lightly.

2. Cook the bacon/ham/sausage until browned and crispy. Push to the side.

3. Spread tater tots evenly across the griddle. Let them cook, flipping occasionally, until golden and crispy.

4. Mix in the meats with the tots once they’re crisp.

5. Season with ranch mix, garlic powder, or your favorite spices.

6. Top with shredded cheese generously across the whole griddle. Close the lid (or cover with a dome) for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.

7. Serve hot with sour cream, green onions, or any toppings you like.
