Ingredients:
– 1 pound thinly sliced beef
– 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
– 1 tablespoon gochujang paste
– 8 slices of bread
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 4 tablespoons butter
– 1/4 cup kimchi
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
Marinate the thinly sliced beef in Korean BBQ sauce and gochujang paste for at least 1 hour. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place a slice of bread, butter side down, on a heated skillet. Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked beef, kimchi, green onions, and sesame seeds. Top with another slice of bread, butter side up. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches.
