Blackstone Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

Start your meal with this deliciously spicy appetizer. Wrap jalapeño peppers with bacon and cook on your Blackstone Griddle for a smoky and fiery bite.

Keep the peppers on the griddle until the bacon is crispy to ensure an explosion of flavors with each serving.

Ingredients:

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half
  • Toothpicks

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes using a spoon.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a half slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers on the preheated Blackstone grill, making sure they are evenly spaced.
  7. Grill the jalapeño poppers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the peppers are tender.
