Ingredients:
🐔 For the Chicken:
2–3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp teriyaki or hoisin sauce (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground ginger (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
🥩 For the Steak:
2 filet mignons, sirloin, or NY strip steaks
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp oil or butter
Optional: garlic cloves or teriyaki glaze
🥦 For the Veggies:
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Salt & pepper
🍱 Optional Yum Yum Sauce:
½ cup mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
Pinch of garlic powder & paprika

👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Grill:
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the surface.

2. Cook the Chicken:
Toss chicken pieces in soy sauce, garlic powder, and oil.
Sear on the hot griddle for 6–8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked and browned.

3. Sear the Steak:
Season steaks with salt & pepper.
Sear 3–4 minutes per side (or to desired doneness).
Let rest for 5 min, then slice.
> Optional: baste with butter and garlic while searing for extra flavor.
4. Sauté the Veggies:
Add cabbage and broccoli to a hot section with a splash of oil.
Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Season with soy sauce and a touch of sesame oil.
5. Make Yum Yum Sauce (Optional):
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill while cooking.

Plate up the chicken, steak slices, and veggies. Drizzle with extra teriyaki or serve with yum yum sauce and lemon wedges if desired.
