Caramelized Peaches on the Blackstone

Ingredients

* 6 large peaches
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1tablespoon butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
2.Cut each half into quarters.
3.Preheat your griddle over medium-high heat.
4.Add the butter.
5. Add the peaches, flesh side down. Cook for about 3 minutes or until the sugar begins to caramelize.
6.Turn the peaches over and repeat.
7.Whisk in the cinnamon and serve warm.
