Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1 lb chicken breast or thighs (cubed)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic (minced)
For the Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic (minced)
Optional: a splash of lemon juice or teriyaki sauce
For the Veggies:
2 zucchini (sliced into sticks)
½ onion (sliced or chopped)
1 tbsp oil or butter
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
For the Fried Rice:
2 cups cooked white rice (preferably day-old)
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil or butter
Optional: peas, carrots, chopped green onion
🔥 Cooking Instructions (on Blackstone):
1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat. Oil lightly.
2. Start with the Chicken:
Add butter, garlic, then the cubed chicken.
Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
Add soy sauce and toss. Move to the side to keep warm.
3. Cook the Shrimp:
Add butter, garlic, and shrimp.
Cook just until pink (2–3 mins). Add soy sauce or teriyaki at the end.
4. Vegetables:
Toss zucchini and onions in oil or butter.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Sauté until tender-crisp.
5. Fried Rice:
Move everything aside, add butter/oil to a clear spot.
Pour in eggs and scramble.
Add rice on top, break it up.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix everything together well.
6. Serve hot: Plate it with yum yum sauce or soy sauce on the side.

½ cup mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp rice vinegar
Dash of paprika
