Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Ground Chuck
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp ranch dressing
1 1/3 cup cooked and broken-up bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, broken-up bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
Form the mixture into four uniformly sized hamburger patties, each about 3 1/4 inches thick.
Let the patties sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before cooking. This helps the flavors meld together and ensures the patties hold their shape when cooked. Grill the patties over medium heat on a preheated grill, turning only once, until they reach the desired doneness. For a medium-rare burger, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F, and for well-done, cook to 160°F.
