Dough:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1/2 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Optional: mini pepperoni slices, cooked sausage, or diced veggies
• 1/2 tsp oregano + 1/2 tsp basil (for flavor)

• Olive oil or melted butter
• Garlic powder
• Dried parsley or Italian seasoning

Instructions:
1. Make the Dough
Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add water and olive oil and knead until a soft dough forms. Let rest for 15–20 minutes.
2. Prepare the Filling
In a small bowl, mix your pizza sauce with cheese and any additional toppings.
3. Assemble the Rolls
• Roll out the dough into a thin sheet (about 1/8 inch).
• Cut into small squares (around 2×2 inches).
• Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
• Fold over into a pocket and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
4. Cook
• Option A (Oven): Preheat to 200°C (400°F) and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
• Option B (Griddle or Pan): Heat a little oil, cook the rolls on both sides until crispy and browned.
5. Add Topping (like in your image)
While still hot, brush with olive oil or melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder and herbs like parsley or oregano
