Teriyaki cabbage steaks

These delicious cabbage steaks are packed with flavor, super simple to make, and are the perfect side for just about anything!

Ingredients
1 Head of Cabbage
Paprika – 1tsp
Onion Powder – 1tsp
Garlic Powder – 1tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Pepper – 1/2tsp
Oil (We used grape seed oil but any oil is fine) – 3tbsp
Teriyaki Sauce – 1/4 Cup
Parsley – 1tsp (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice your cabbage into 5-6 slices, depending on your preferred thickness, and lay them flat on your parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush each cabbage steak with oil
Generously season each cabbage with the spice mixture
Drizzle teriyaki sauce onto each cabbage steak
Flip Cabbage Steaks Over and repeat steps 3-5
Bake your cabbage steaks in the oven for 25-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the cabbage steaks.
OPTIONAL: Broil your cabbage steaks for 1-2 minutes
Remove your cabbage steaks from the oven and sprinkle them with parsley for a final touch
