Blackstone Bacon Fried Corn

Blackstone Bacon Fried Corn

Ingredients:

4–5 slices thick-cut bacon (chopped)

3–4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)

1/4 cup diced onion (optional but 🔥)

1 small bell pepper (diced – optional)

1 tbsp butter

Salt & black pepper to taste

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat the Blackstone:

Medium heat. No oil needed — bacon will do the job 😎

2. Cook the Bacon:

Add chopped bacon to the hot griddle.

Cook until crispy, then push to the side.

Leave that bacon grease right there, don’t waste the flavor!

3. Sauté Veggies:

In the bacon grease, toss in onions and bell peppers.

Sauté until soft and lightly charred.

4. Add the Corn:

Add your corn directly onto the griddle with the veggies.

Spread it out and let it get a little golden/browned.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

5. Butter & Bacon Time:

Stir in butter for extra richness.

Toss the crispy bacon back in and mix everything well.

6. Serve:

Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.

Serve hot as a side with BBQ, burgers, steak — or eat it by itself!

✅ Optional Add-Ins:

Shredded cheese (melt on top at the end)

Jalapeños for heat

A squeeze of lime juice for brightness
