Blackstone Chicken Drumsticks

🧂 Ingredients:

10–12 chicken drumsticks

2–3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried oregano (optional)

2 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce

Your favorite BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce (optional for glaze)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat Blackstone to medium heat (~375–400°F / 190–200°C).

2. Marinate the chicken (at least 30 mins, or overnight if possible):

Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and soy/Worcestershire sauce.

Toss drumsticks in the mix until well coated.

3. Add a little oil to the griddle surface to prevent sticking.

4. Place drumsticks on the griddle:

Cook for 20–25 minutes total, turning every 4–5 minutes to brown all sides.

Cover with a melting dome or large metal bowl for faster cooking (optional).

5. Check internal temp:

Use a meat thermometer — target 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part.

6. (Optional) Glaze with BBQ or teriyaki sauce during the last 5 minutes. Flip and brush both sides.

7. Rest the chicken 3–5 minutes before serving.

🍽️ Serve with:

Grilled corn, fried rice, potato wedges, or coleslaw.
