Blackstone Tortellini with Sausage, Peppers & Onions

Ingredients:

1 package cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)

2–3 smoked sausages (like kielbasa), sliced

1–2 bell peppers (orange or any color), sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

2–3 tablespoons olive oil or butter

Garlic powder (1 tsp)

Italian seasoning (1 tsp)

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes

🔥 Instructions:

1. Prep the Tortellini

If using frozen or refrigerated tortellini, boil them until just al dente (2–3 minutes less than package instructions). Drain and toss with a little oil so they don’t stick.

2. Preheat Your Blackstone

Set it to medium-high heat. Add a little oil or butter.

3. Cook the Sausage

Add the sliced sausage to the griddle. Cook for about 4–6 minutes until browned and caramelized on both sides. Push to the side.

4. Sauté the Veggies

Add sliced peppers and onions to the griddle with more oil if needed. Sauté until softened (5–6 minutes). Mix with the sausage.

5. Add Tortellini

Toss on the boiled tortellini. Spread them out to get some crispy edges. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, flipping occasionally.

6. Season

Sprinkle everything with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well mixed and heated through.

7. Finish & Serve

Optional: Top with grated Parmesan or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Serve hot!
