Brie & Blackberry Jam Grilled Cheese

Description
A sweet and savory grilled cheese sandwich with creamy brie and blackberry jam.

Ingredients

2 slices of bread (sourdough or brioche recommended)
2 oz brie cheese, sliced
1 tbsp blackberry jam
1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice butter-side down in the skillet.
Add brie slices evenly over the bread.
Spread blackberry jam on the other slice.
Place the jam-covered slice butter-side up on top of the cheese.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Slice and serve warm.
